Affordable housing in the 21st century setting is commonly less than 30 square meters room. This is usually good for two people occupancy or can accommodate a single resident only. Obviously, it is much similar to a room with a roof. In other words, in highly developed societies, one can rarely find an affordable place to live as an owner. What most people do is rent a pad and invest what is saved similar to one New Yorker who works in the stock market.
